Welcome to Valmor, the department store that promises everyday savings, outstanding customer service and….daily disasters??‼ Clean up in Jewelry, there’s a miniature alien invasion! Customer needs help in Major Appliances---with a wild octopus!! Giant marshmallow goo spill in the Shoe Department!

You see, Valmor isn’t your everyday discount store. Behind the oversized displays, the sparkling inventory and the smiling associates, Valmor sits atop an interdimensional portal where the Cosmic Cat orders his miniature Cryptic Creepers to cause chaos in the store each and every day, lending itself to the new meaning of “everyday savings”! Will your character be there to save the store today?


Three Character Types

Every one is unique!
ASSOCIATES

Associates include everyone who works at the store: Managers, Staff, Sales, and Security. They are the heart of Valmor!

GUESTS

Guests include anyone who is a visitor at the store: Customers, Vendors, Community and...Intruders! ABC: Also Be Careful!

DISRUPTORS

These are literally other cards that do not fit elsewhere. These can be Inventory, Chaotic Characters, Outer Influences and who knows what else!

Each Character Includes:

  • Uniqueness. Every NFT is hand drawn with unique traits and names---no 2 are the same. 
  • Each token has the following attributes assigned:
    Type:  Associate / Guest / Disruptor
    Role: Manager / Staff / Sales / Security/ Customer / Vendor / Community Member / Cosmic Entity
    Unique Ability:  Randomly assigned based on character 
    Stats:  Grit (Persistence): 1-10 / Wit (Intelligence, Humor): 1-10 / Fit (Strength, Endurance): 1-10

    You can even use them to play your own games!

  • Access to Private Discord. You get access to the Stock Room where you can share your NFT and chat with other players.
  • License to Use. Big Box Stars™ is trademarked by Rob Feldman. However, token holders are granted most use rights for their own purpose such as print, textiles---even creating and selling your own adjacent Big Box Stars™ NFTs! This means that owning the token grants you rights to use it in your own creations. The only thing not allowed is licensing it to other parties. Big Box Stars™ is copyright-free to token holders.

The Floor Plan and Gameplay

Once the core employees fill the store, game play can begin. Get yours now!

BIG BOX STARS is a virtual board game that uses a collection of playable NFT characters as digital collectibles. NFT characters are populated on a Floor Plan of Valmor in departments and placement on the floor enables token holders to move around the store, collect special inventory and be eligible for special drops. But watch out! Cryptic Creepers lurk in every corner, causing future chaos in the store weekly!

Once you login with MetaMask, your character will appear and you can begin to interact with others on the Sales Floor. Random wheelspins are also part of the play where you can win chances to get new airdrops.

Stories such as comics and animation can be generated from the gameplay. How will you use it?

WHAT'S AN NFT?
A non-fungible token (NFT) is a new way to collect digital assets. They can be photos, videos, audio, and other types of digital files that uses "blockchain tech" to assign a unique address to each unit, making it truly a unique, one-of-a-kind colllectible. NFTs are not limited to only digital assets in that they can also be attached to offline unique items like tickets, clothing and other real life goods. Think of an NFT as a kind of digital, self-contained Kickstarter reward that is truly owned by you. 

HOW DOES THE LICENSE WORK IF I BUY A BIG BOX STAR NFT?
If you purchase a Big Box Star NFT, you hold a non-exclusive license to use the character in a variety of copyright-free ways. Some of these may include stickers, postcards, prints, comics, tshirts, wallpaper, mobile screens and even minting new derivative NFTs.  The only thing you may NOT do is license the character in any way, as Big Box Stars™ is trademarked by Rob Feldman. While the license extends to most things, you may not portray any Big Box Star™ character in an unsavory way.
